    Uploading the photos of your pet with your order, include the front, side, back, and any distinctive markings.

  • Artistic Crafting

    Our skilled artists will sculpt and paint your urn by hand, capturing every unique detail.

  • Final Steps

    Once the painting is complete, I will take photos for your review and comfirmation. Upon your approval, I will apply the glaze and ship the item to you.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production typically takes 14-20 business days after receiving your photos and customization details.
Shipping to the United States takes 3–5 days, while shipping to other countries takes 5–7 days.

How do I customize my pet urn?

After placing your order, simply send us clear photos of your pet along with the name and date you'd like included.

Can I store other memorial items inside?

Yes, many customers also place fur clippings, collars, tags, or small keepsakes inside.

What should I do if I am not satisfied?

We apologize that you are not satisfied with the product. As each urn is handcrafted and custom-made, we provide photos for approval before shipping. If any changes are needed at that stage, we will revise the item free of charge until you are satisfied. Due to the personalized nature of the product, returns cannot be accepted after shipment, but we will do our best to address any concerns during production.
